If only it was that simple. An inside joke amongst creatives, that design and copy can somehow be bought off the shelf, and by the length!
It’s why I don’t work on a cost per word basis. We’ll take a view on whether I’m a good fit and, once the brief is fully understood, my expertise is available on a project or retainer basis, on an hourly or daily rate.
The brief
It’s all about the brief. I’ll take time to understand not only what you require but what you need it to achieve.
Tone of voice
It’s important. It instantly, and literally, sets the tone of your brand or business, helping you connect with your audience.
Key Words
The wizardry of SEO! It’s actually pretty straightforward. Common sense coupled with online tools will ensure content shows and flows.
Delivery
It’s a two-way thing. I’ll present draft copy and we can discuss and tweak to the point of perfection.

Retained since 2016, helping this global brand connect with its UK audience and generate sales.
Using a confident and friendly tone of voice for all customer-facing comms I worked closely with De’Longhi’s Italian and UK HQs, crafting copy for both a consumer brochure and new website.
I established a key feature and format for customer case studies which help put these stylish, design-led products into the context of real British homes. And through on-going PR in leading interiors magazines, blogs and punchy social media posts, I continue to keep the De’Longhi range cooker story relevant and dynamic through up-to-date digital content.
